Mission report presenting an ecological analysis in Somalia on the effects of land use - Stresses the need for a long-term programme for the conservation of nature, studies vegetation types and wildlife resources, recommends the regeneration of forests and grazing lands, the setting up of national parks and measures to promote environmental education, refers to the African Convention on Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources and to the interest for Somalia of the MAB Programme
