Improving the capacity for agricultural planning and policies in Africa : Part A, strengthening monitoring and evaluation of agricultural projects and programmes
The purpose of this paper is to review the monitoring and evaluation experience of selected agricultural project in Africa, on which to base proposal for strengthening and improving M & E on agricultural projects and programmes. It is for the consideration of the forthcoming ECA Conference of Ministers and the guidance of planners and managers of agricultural projects.
