Report of the Second Meeting of the intergovernmental group of experts on the establishment of an African monetary fund
The second meeting of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts from the Ministries of Finance and Central Banks on the establishment of an African Monetary Fund was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 11 to 15 April 1985. This meeting was held for the purpose of considering a technical feasibility study on the «Establishment of an African Monetary Fund - Structure and Mechanism which was commissioned by the first meeting of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts held in Addis Ababa Ethiopia from 4 to 8 October 1982.
