Proposed programme of work and priorities for the biennium 1986-1987
The present biennium work programme and priorities comprise 16 programmes which are composed of 51 subprograms, 172 programme elements and over 2,000 final outputs. While programmes which derive directly from major programmes such as food and agriculture industrial development, etc., have invariably been designated on institutional basis, subprograms comprise identified groups of activities with distinct objectives within each programme. Programme elements, and their corresponding intermediate activities and final outputs are the instruments designed for the achievement of those objectives.
