United Nations transport and communications decade in Africa : presentation of the draft programme of the second phase of the decade 1984-1988
By resolution BCA/UNTACDA Res/31/14 adopted during the second meeting of the Conference of Ministers of Transport, Communication^ and Planning, ECA was assigned the task of drawing up the programme for the second phase of the decade covering the period 1384-1538.
