National accounting practices at constant prices in Africa
The purpose of the present paper is to describe in a matter-of-fact way the current country practices, in national accounting at constant prices in Africa insofar as information available to the ECA Secretariat would permits while problems concerning principles, concepts and methods, as well as the techniques of estimation and data sources on the same subject ate dealt with elsewhere in separate papers.
