Report of the Intergovernmental Committees of Senior Officials and Experts for Central and East Africa on their second joint session. The main objective of the joint session, which was held in a hybrid format, was to discuss regulatory and statutory issues related to the mandate and operation of the two subregional offices and to provide the experts present with a platform to discuss economic and social development challenges and identify realistic, sustainable and integration-driving options aligned with the theme of the meeting.
