Report of the fifteenth meeting of the intergovernmental committee of experts
The fifteenth meeting of Intergovernmental Committee of Experts of the Multinational Programming and Operational Center for West Africa (MULPOC) sponsored by the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) was held in Lome, Republic of Togo from 24 to 28 March 1997 in order to consider the progress made in the implementation or the biannual work programme 1996-1997.
