Report of the fifth meeting of the intergovernmental committee of experts
The report presents detailed background to the reform program of the Commission, including the new program focus, organizational restructuring, and rationalization of the policy organs. The structure and functions of the SRDC as well as the terms of reference of the ICE are also outlined. The report also contains summary of activities carried out during the period under review, with particular emphasis on partnership, which was the theme of the meeting.
