The Economic Report on Africa is ECA and AUC’s joint annual flagship publication. Each year, the first part of ERA discusses trends, policy issues and challenges relating to recent economic and social developments in the world economy and in Africa The second part addresses a selected issue of critical relevance to the continent’s long-term economic and social development. This year’s theme of the Report is “Unleashing Africa’s Potential as a Pole of Global Growth
