Report of the meeting: meeting of the intergovernmental committee of experts
The Second meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee of Experts (lCE) of the Sub regional Development Center (SRDC) for West Africa, was held in Conakry, Republic of Guinea from 1 to 7 March 1999. The purpose of the meeting was to review the work program of the SRDC for 1998 and make proposals for the implementation of the program for 1999.
