The third world forum and the new international economic order
The Cuban socialist revolution is a clear example of the undeniable fact that the only rapid way in which Latin American countries can break out of their situation of backwardness and dependence is to completely change their social relations of production. While protagonists of the developmental list ideology advocate new formula for integration of the area, into the world market earlier import substitution, strategies having dismally failed to produce development Cuba, by destroying capitalism within its frontiers and breaking away from the world capitalist market has solved the majority of the problems which larger countries better endowed with natural resources have been incapable of solving.
