IDEP Seminar for university teachers
The paper concentrated on only three aspects of resource development; viz., the development of human resources , the provision of economic infrastructure and the mobilization of internal financial resources. There is no doubt that other aspects of the problem which though important, have been left out. This omission is regretted. the major problem in accelerating the rate of growth of African economics arises from the irrational utilization and miss allocation of existing resources.
