Report of the second meeting of the committee of officials of the general African MULPOC : Yaounde, United Republic of Cameroon
The second meeting of the committee of Officials of the Yaoundé MULPOC met in Yaoundé, at the MULPOC headquarters, on 27 and 28 February 1979. The progress report presented oy the MULPOC was adopted subject to paragraphs 18 and 19 being amended to correct the priority apparently given to trade project in comparison with transport projects. the second rne2ting of the Committee of Experts of Yaoundé MULPOC as a symbol of hope, if not to accomplish, at least to speed up the process of African co-operation, integration, development and economic independence. The meeting decided that an extraordinary meeting of the Yaoundé MULPOC Committee of Official, be convened in Nov0mber 1979 to examine the report by the Multidisciplinary Mission.
