Draft work programme for the LUSAKA-BASED ECA multinational programme and operational center (MULPOC) for period 1984-1985. The MULPOC policy organs have over the years incorporated new areas of economic activities in the Lusaka MULPOC work programme in the light of the experience gained. In view of the on going nature and the importance of the projects which are contained in the Lusaka MULPOC work programme for the period 1983-1984 most of the projects will be carried forward to 1984/1985.
