Report of the second conference of the UNDAT council of ministers, Mbabane, kingdom of Swaziland (26-28 April, 1976)
The object of the Preparatory Meeting of the UNDAT Committee of Officials was to examine the studies presented by the Lusaka-UNDAT Team in the fields of: Rural Reconstruction, Industrial Development, Intra-Sub-Regional Trade, Transport, Manpower Development, and Development Planning; with a view to making recommendations to the Second Conference of the UNDAT Council of Ministers on specific projects where bilateral or multinational co-operation was feasible, within the context of collective self-reliance. The recommendations of the preparatory Meeting of the UNDAT Committee of Officials are contained in Document (ECA/UNDAT/LUSAKA/44).
