African experts available for recruitment: update no. 2/90
The Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) jointly initiated the Return of Skills Program for Africa whose major objective is to contribute to Africa’s economic and social development by helping to redress the shortages of skilled manpower when are afflicting the continent's development. The purpose of this publication is to provide a profile of highly qualified African nationals who wish to return to Africa through the programme to prospective employers in government, industries and learning institutions in Africa.
