Structural transformation of West African's economies through infrastructure
Under the guidance of Senegalese Minister of Finance, Economy and Planning, Experts from West Africa countries gathered in Dakar and harnessed the issue of their sub region economies’ development through infrastructure. They reviewed various bottlenecks that undermine infrastructural sector within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) area and came up with appropriate recommendations which would definitely enable their development
