Background Note to the African Gender and Development Index (AGDI) Training
The training brings together gender and statistical experts who will be involved in the execution of the AGDI exercises in their respective countries to provide them with an opportunity to interact with each other and also with ECA on the proposed indicators. At the end of the training session country teams will be given an opportunity to develop their research work plans for implementation on arrival in their respective countries.
