Life was recognized by the founders of the United Nations, who inscribed it in Article I of the UN Charter If certain section of the international community is today pressing for a re-examination, reassessment and restructuring of the world economic sys-tern it is only to ensure that this dream of the founders of the United Nations becomes a reality.
