Address by K.Y. Amoako, Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa at the Sixth Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union. Mr. Amoako, on his remarks highlighted that, the important role of the AU in working to ensure peace and security on the continent, accelerating the regional integration agenda, as well as the implementation of key aspects of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD).
