Welcome Address by Mr. Abdoulie Janneh, UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of ECA at the Inception Workshop of the Climate Change Adaptation in Africa (CCAA). Mr. Janneh, on his remarks highlighted that, the issue of climate change has become a pressing challenge for humanity and all of us are stakeholders in the quest for enduring answers to this key environmental concern. Climate change is now widely considered as one of the most daunting challenges that humanity humankind has ever faced.
