Draft report of the seventh meeting of the conference of ministers of african least developed countries
The seventh meeting of the Conference of Ministers of African Least Developed Countries was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 21-22 April. 1987. At the opening session, statements were made by; Comrade Mersie Ijigu, Member of the Central Committee of the Worker's Party of Ethiopia and Minister in-Charge of General Planning- Mr. Ide Oumarou Secretary-General of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) and Professor Adebayo Adedeji, UK Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.
