ECA multinational programming and operational centre - Lusaka: project of the governments of Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Seychelles, Somalia, Swaziland, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania and Zambia
This project document shall be the instrument (therein referred to as a plan of operation) envisaged in articles I paragraph 2 of the agreement between the host country Zambia and the United Nations Development Programme signed by the parties. It is understood that participating governments undertake to treat the project in the same manner as national projects with respect to privileges and immunities.
