Rules of procedure of the General Assembly of the Union of African Railways
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the General Assembly of the Union of African Railways by paragraph 5 of Article III of the Constitution of the Union of African Railways, the General Assembly hereby makes the following Rules of Procedure. These rules, except may be cited as the Rules of procedure for meetings of the General Assembly of the Union of African Railways.
