Rationalization of the operations of PTA SADCC and the Lusaka -based MULPOC : a proposal
The subject of the present paper is in keeping with many decisions taken within the framework of both ECA and OAU. on the need to strengthen African regional and subregional co-operation and integration and is also of course consistent with the ultimate aims and objectives of the Lagos plan of action and final act of Lagos.
