Capacity building and good governance programmes for seychelles : closing the gender gap: mission report
ECA was requested to provide technical advisory services to Seychelles to capacity building in gender mainstreaming. Their aim is to ensure that all development policies are engendered and that gender mainstreaming forms an integral part of all sector programmes and activities. The overall objective of the training programme was to enhance the capacity building of key planners and stakeholders in gender responsive planning skill necessary for mainstreaming gender in Seychelles development proramme
