Report of the first meeting of the ad-hoc committee for the creation of a pan - African association for port cooperation (PAPC)
The purpose of the meeting was to collectively consider modalities for the setting up of the future Pan-African Association and to agree on its constitution. Mr. Samba Jack welcomed the participants on behalf of the Executive Secretary of ECA, Mr. K.Y. Amoako, to the first meeting of the Ad-hoc Committee for the creation of a Pan-African Association for Port Cooperation.
