Report of the committee of experts of the fourth joint annual meetings of the au conference of ministers of economy and finance and ECA conference of African ministers of finance, planning and economic development
The meeting critically examine the role and functions of the State in economic management and transformation as well as the nature and extent of the effort in an African setting. Indeed,the success of the developmental State would depend on the inclusion of other stakeholders such as the private sector and the civil society.
