United Nations transport and communications decade in Africa (1978-1988) : updating of the programme of the second phase (1984-1988) of the decade
This document is a compilation of proposed changes to the programme of the second phase that was approved by the fourth Conference of Ministers of Transport Communications and Planning in 1984. The proposed updates are grouped in four categories as follows: - Projects with cost changes in 1985; -Projects which for one reason or another have been deleted at the request of African Governments, -Projects modified in scope; -New projects proposed by member States for inclusion in the programme.
