Report on the United Nations Transport and communications decade in Africa (UNTACDA) 1978-1988 to the Southern African development co-ordination conference (SADCC)
This report is presented to the 1988 SADCC Annual Consultative Conference on the theme: Development of Infrastructure and Enterprise In the sub region. Issues related to development of the infrastructure and mobilization of investments in the sub region are defined by the Council of Ministers as a cruisal and important areas of concern, therefore sectoral working groups, including Transport and Communications, will discuss and review the progress made, identify constraints and discuss plans for future actions.
