Non-formal education and training
There is an increasing interest in non-formal education and training not only in developed but in developing countries as well, particularly when the processes and forms of general training render themselves to four training approaches. Interest in non-formal education and training has increased because of the potential for enhancing and improving managerial talent, technical knowledge and skills. Yet as far as it is known, training provided through non-formal education approaches is very much neglected as viable selfdevelopment, management and technical and skills training strategy for variety of reasons.
