Expert group meeting on education and training for development in Africa : Addis Ababa 7-12 December 1970
This first meeting will deal with the design of the structure of the educational system and training programmes for rural development and for industrialization and, with the forms and priorities of external assistance required in accordance with the educational and training strategies of the 1970s.
