United Nations Transport and Communications Decade for Africa : draft annual report 1986
This year’s Annual Report on the United Nations Transport and Communications Decade in Africa (73-1988) – UNTACDA. It will emphasize only development and aspects which were not covered in last year’s report. There were several significant developments that affected the implementations of the Decade program in 1985. of particular impact was the economic crisis that continued to affect Africa and adversely affected the implementations of all development projects of the continent, including the UNTACDA projects.
