Draft report of the eighteenth Governining Council Meeting - IDEP : (Addis Ababa, 8-9 December 1978)
This paper focuses on draft report of the eighteenth governing council meeting – IDEP. The meeting was opened by the executive secretary of ECA, chairman of the governing council of IDEP. He welcomed all the participants and emphasized that the report of the eighteenth governing council meeting would be submitted to the forthcoming conference of African planners and subsequently to the ECA conference of Ministers which was scheduled for March 1979 in Rabat.
