Proposals for drafting staff rules and regulations for the African development bank : a discussion paper
This document focuses on the committee of nine, entrusted by the conference of finance ministers to carry out the final work preparatory to the establishment of the African development bank, held its first session in Khartoun on 3 August 1963. It set out an immediate programme of work which included, among other things, consideration of draft staff rules and regulations for the African development bank.
