Report of the fourth meeting of the intergovernmental committee of experts for science and technology development
Science and Technology wore crucially important to the search for ways out of Africa's economic and social crisis. He therefore urged the experts to devote serious attention to every item on their agenda: the suggestions and solutions coming out of the meeting should allow the problem to be followed up more efficiently in each country.
