Report of the committee on the work programme and priorities to the third session of the economic commission for Africa
The purpose of these courses is to bring practical problems of African countries and territories to the attention of university students who night, within a period of 12 months, become officials in government economic departments. It is understood that coordination between the activities of ECA and UNESCO in this field will be ensured.
