Proposals for updating procedures for the selection of UNTACDA II projects (agenda item 2)
The Conference of African Ministers of Transport, Communications and Planning decided that the following procedures would thenceforth be applied to the selection of new projects for inclusion in the programme for the Second United Nations Transport and Communications Decade in Africa (UNTACDA II).
