Report of the inagural meeting of the board of governors of the African centre of meteorological applications for development (ACMAD)
The inaugural meeting of the Board of Governors of the African Centre of meteorological applications for Development(ACMAD) was held in Niamey.Republic of Niger from 12 to 14 April 1988. The purpose of the meeting was to examine the technical administrative program mes as well as financial requirements in the centre.
