Programme of work and priorities for 1982-1983
The work program for the biennium 1982/1983 presented in this document is the second and last half part of the united nations 1980-1983 medium-term plan programming cycle. Like its predecessor the biennium work program for 1980-l98l,it has been prepared on the basis of a General assembly policy of maximum budget restraint and austerity with zero growth of the united nations budget as a whole.
