Draft constitution of the African centre for monetary studies
The objectives of the African Centre for Monetary Studies (hereinafter referred to as the “Centre”), shall be to promote the economic development of Africa through the better understanding of banking and monetary matters and the inter-relationship between fiscal and monetary policies as instruments of economic development.
