Report on gender mainstreaming in ECA
Gender Mainstreaming is an essential requisite for ensuring that ECA's outputs are delivered in an equitable manner. This report has highlighted the salient gender issues in the ECA work programme. This should serve to provide the rationale for gender mainstreaming. The paper has also given tools and techniques for gender mainstreaming. The ECA Leadership will provide the necessary support for the remaining stages in operationalizing these guidelines.
