The Tenth Meeting of the Committee of Officials of the Lusaka-based MULPOC was held in Lusaka, Zambia, from 7-11 March, 1987.It was a regular meeting of the Committee, convened in accordance with Resolution 311(XIII) on the ECA Multinational Programming and Operational Centers (MULPQCs),adopted by the Fourth Meeting of the ECA Conference of Ministers at Kinshasa, Zaire, in March 1977.
