The control of the desert locust
In view of the great mobility of the Desert locust and the frequently experienced" rapid fluctuations of locust plague intensity, this decline should not be regarded as probably more than a temporary relief. The plague may well flair t\v again with little warning to recreate widespread danger cc ' agricultural production'throughout many parts of the African continent and elsewhere.
