Establishing the African monetary fund : progress report
This progress report is also being submitted as an "Executive Summary" to the forthcoming Twenty-First session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the Organization of African Unity. On the basis of technical studies prepared by these institutions, a feasibility study entitled "Concepts, Issues and Mechanism for the Establishment of an African Monetary Fund" was prepared. The issues raised in this report are derived from such a study.
