Observations on matters arising out of the eighth ECA/OAU joint meeting on trade and development
The discussions at the Eighth Joint Meeting were concentrated on the multilateral trade negotiations: the intensive intergovernmental commodity consultations within UNCTAD; the future, relations between African countries, and EEC and the reform of the international monetary system.
