Report of the seventh meeting of the conference of African Ministers of Transport, Communication and Planning
The seventh meeting of the Conference of African Ministers of Transport, Communications and Planning was held at the Palais Marchan, Tangiers, Morocco on 15 and 16 November 1989, at the invitation of the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco. The meeting was officially opened by His Excellency Dr. Azcddinc Loraki, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Morocco. In his opening statement, the Prime Minister first of all welcomed all the delegations and said that it was a great pleasure and pride for his country to host the seventh meeting of the Conference of African Ministers of Transport, Communications and Planning.
