Report of the fourth session of the Conference of African Planners
In February 1971, the Conference of Ministers of the-Commission had adopted a complementary strategy Africa's Strategy for Development in the 1970s, which concentrated on key policy areas of crucial importance to African countries if they were to achieve the objectives of the International Development Strategy during the 1970s.
