Progress report on the implementation of the programme of work and priorities for the Biennium 1986-1987
The purpose of this document is to report on progress in the implementation of the "propramme of work and priorities for the biennium 1986-1987, during the first half of the biennium, as background for the examination of the proposals for the Biennium 198--1989. In this context, the report reviews implementation rates by propramne, the problems experienced in implementation of mandated activities and examines implementation prospects during 1907 and for the entire biennium.
